Admissions / What to Bring
Comfortable clothing for mild Southern California weather. Layers are recommended for evenings.
Basic versions of shampoo, conditioner, and soap are provided. Bring preferred brands if desired.
All medications must be in original, pharmacy-labeled bottles. Our medical team reviews everything on arrival.
Important: Do not bring any medications not discussed with your intake coordinator in advance. Our medical team will review all medications upon arrival and manage your protocol from that point.
Questions about a specific item? Call us at (323) 798-4411 before you pack. We would rather answer a question in advance than have an item held on arrival.
Here is what the first few hours look like so you can arrive with confidence:
A dedicated staff member who will welcome you, help with your bags, and walk you through the day.
Our team will help you settle in and confirm that everything you brought is in line with the guidelines above.
Our nursing team meets with you to review your health history, current medications, and any immediate needs.
You will see the facility, meet some of the team, and have space to get comfortable before your first scheduled activity.
Comfortable, casual clothing for the duration of your stay, pajamas, comfortable shoes, a light jacket or hoodie, and exercise clothes if you participate in outdoor movement sessions. We provide all linens, towels, and robes.
Basic toiletries like toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, and any preferred skincare or hair products. We provide shampoo, conditioner, and soap, though you may bring preferred brands.
Bring all prescription medications in their original, pharmacy-labeled bottles. Bring a list of current medications, dosages, and prescribing physicians. Do not bring any medications not discussed with your intake coordinator in advance.
A government-issued photo ID, your insurance card (front and back), any secondary insurance cards, and a credit or debit card for personal expenses.
Yes, bring your phone and charger. Phone use is managed during your stay to protect focus and community privacy, with scheduled access as you settle in.
Do not bring excessive valuables or large amounts of cash. A small amount of cash is optional. We recommend leaving unnecessary valuables at home.
Our admissions team handles everything from the first call to intake day — with care and no pressure at any step.
