Admissions / Travel & Arrival

Step 03

Travel & Arrival

Once admission is confirmed, we coordinate every logistical detail — so that your arrival is smooth, discreet, and as stress-free as possible.

Logistics

Travel Coordination

Booking & transport

We work with a single point of contact to coordinate everything:

  • Flight booking (or reimbursement assistance for self-booked travel)
  • Ground transportation from the airport to the residence
  • Timing and logistics with your family or support network

Special accommodations

If you have specific needs during travel — medical, dietary, or otherwise — let your intake coordinator know in advance. We will arrange whatever is necessary.

Privacy

Discreet Arrivals

Private location

Our Hollywood Hills location is not visible from public streets. There are no signs, no visible branding, and no indication that a treatment facility operates on the property. Your presence here is your business alone.

Arrival process

You will not check in at a reception desk or sign forms in a waiting room. You will arrive at a private residence — which is exactly what it is. Your intake coordinator meets you personally, and the transition from arrival to settling in is calm and unhurried.

Confidentiality

Your treatment here is protected under HIPAA. We do not confirm or deny that any individual is in our care — not to employers, insurers, press, or anyone else without your written authorization. Every member of our clinical and support staff operates under strict non-disclosure obligations. If anyone contacts the facility asking about you, they will receive no information. You control who knows you are here, and that includes us.

What happens to your records?

  • Retention. Your clinical records are retained for a minimum of seven years following discharge, in accordance with California law. They are stored securely and accessed only by authorized clinical staff.
  • Discharge summary. At the end of your stay you will receive a written discharge summary outlining your treatment, progress, and aftercare recommendations. It is yours to keep; it is never shared without your explicit written consent.
  • Requesting your records. You may request a full copy of your records at any time — during treatment or after. Contact your intake coordinator or email our privacy officer and we will fulfill your request within the timeframe required by law.
Arrival day

What to Expect When You Arrive

From the moment your transport leaves the airport, the process is calm, private, and handled — no forms to navigate, no waiting rooms, no uncertainty about what comes next.

  1. 1
    Ground transport from the airport

A private driver arranged by your intake coordinator meets you at the terminal. The ride to the Hollywood Hills residence is quiet and unhurried — this is not a medical transfer, it is a car ride.

  2. 2
    Arrival at the private residence

The property is not visible from the street. There are no signs, no reception desk, no indication of what it is. You pull into a private driveway and step out at the front door.

  3. 3
Your intake coordinator meets you personally

The same person you have been speaking with greets you at the door. You are not handed off to a stranger. The transition from travel to settling in is calm and personal.

  4. 4
Tour of the residence and your private suite

Your coordinator walks you through the home and shows you to your room. There is no rush — take whatever time you need to settle in before anything else begins.

  5. 5
A meal is ready for you

The kitchen prepares food around your arrival time. Dietary needs and preferences are accommodated. Eating something real after travel makes a difference — we make sure it happens.

  6. 6
A quiet first evening — nothing required

No group orientation, no paperwork to navigate alone. Within 24 hours, our Medical Director will conduct a private intake assessment. Tonight, the only expectation is rest.
