Most major PPO plans accepted. Tell us a few things and we'll come back with a clear summary of what's covered — no obligation, no follow-up calls unless you ask.
Admissions / First 72 Hours
The first 72 hours are about settling in, stabilizing, and beginning the work at whatever pace your body and mind allow. There is no expectation that you'll be fine immediately — we work with wherever you are.
You will meet a small number of key team members — your intake coordinator and the nursing staff on duty. No large groups, no orientation sessions, no paperwork you have to navigate alone.
Your intake coordinator walks you through the residence and shows you to your private suite. There is no rush. Take the time you need to settle in before anything else begins.
A meal is available as soon as you arrive. Our kitchen prepares food around your arrival time, and dietary needs or preferences are accommodated. Eating something real after travel makes a difference — we make sure it happens.
Coming from the Travel & Arrival page? We walk through each moment of arrival day — from your car pulling up to your first quiet evening — in a step-by-step timeline.
Within 24 hours of admission, our Medical Director conducts a comprehensive assessment. This covers your physical health, substance use history, withdrawal risk, and any co-occurring conditions. Based on this assessment, a personalized care plan — including a detox protocol if indicated — is developed and explained to you.
If medically supervised detox is indicated, it begins immediately following the Medical Director's assessment. You will be monitored continuously by licensed nursing staff, and your protocol is adjusted based on your response. Most clients report that the experience is significantly more manageable than they expected.
During the first 72 hours, you will meet your primary clinician — the therapist who will be your consistent point of contact from this point through aftercare planning.
Your first individual session is scheduled in the early days of your stay. There is no pressure to be "ready" — the first session is about beginning the relationship and understanding where you are.
Group programming begins after the initial stabilization period. The clinical team will determine when you're ready to join the group, and that readiness is assessed individually. You will not be rushed.
Our admissions team handles everything from the first call to intake day — with care and no pressure at any step.
